A hip new hotel with nice food. Good location not far from downtown and casino and church and the downtown area and very amiable and extremely friendly stuff. Also, close to everything. Excellent base for exploring Hot Springs.

Everything was simply nice. It was a fairly nice time staying at this newly renovated and well-kept hotel. I got complimentary a double room with a tub as an upgrade, nice gesture. My room included a microwave and a fridge. The location was unbeatable and magnificent, not far from downtown and the racetrack.

Well-kept and clean place, really helpful and pretty friendly stuff. Absolutely perfect and excellent location in the best part of town, good for visiting Hot Springs. And just off all restaurants, casino, stores. Well-kept and reasonably large rooms with a tub available.

Fairly clean hotel in a nice building short walk to the historical district, many local attractions, and church. Well-kept and good sized units with a bath tub and the bathroom, for instance. Comfortable decoration in the rooms, absolutely perfect and excellent location.

The location was marvellous there, close to many local attractions. It was also short walk to church, downtown and casino and restaurants and other things/places. The room with a tub.

The location seemed absolutely perfect and excellent close to church. Besides, it was just off downtown and the park, and the casino. Had well-kept and reasonably large room US$ 147 with a bath tub, 2 queen beds, the bathroom. A microwave and a fridge were provided.

Every visit to Hot Springs we like to stay here. This is a recently refurbished place for short stay. The breakfast is good with fresh bacon, sausage, has everything you need.
The bathrooms are extremely small.
